The Model 530 is a high output machine capable of
pointing and splitting up to 150 drills per hour. Its
design allows it to be used as a combination
Pointer-Splitter or independently as a pointer only,
making it very adaptable to various usage requirements.
Capable of producing the following point styles in
either H.S.S. or Carbide:
Conventional Point, Split Point, Fishtail Point, Flat
Bottom Point, and Die Bit Point
Right hand spiral drills 2 flute
Diameter 3/32" through 5/8" (pointing up to 1" with
additional holder)
Point angles 90 degrees, 118 degrees and 135 degrees
Lip clearance angles: 3 degrees to 20 degrees
